Cycle along the picturesque coast of Blekinge, where charming towns, breathtaking nature, and rich history await. This bike package takes you on a journey through a string of coastal pearls, with the sea always close by. We’ve planned everything—you just need to pedal and enjoy the adventure.
Day 1: Karlskrona – A UNESCO World Heritage & Naval Tradition Start your journey in Karlskrona, Sweden’s only naval UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit the Maritime Museum and explore the city’s seafaring history before enjoying a rustic lunch featuring local flavors. Then, take a boat to Nättraby and Skärva, where you’ll cycle through lush forests and historic landscapes. The day ends at Verstorp Manor, a grand admiral’s estate from Karlskrona’s golden age—history comes alive here.
Day 2: Ronneby – Spa Town Serenity & Garden Splendor Cycle through the stunning Vambåsa Nature Reserve, where mighty oaks and grazing cows create a peaceful countryside. Enjoy your packed lunch by a lake or under the shade of a tree. In Ronneby, you’ll be greeted by the famous Brunnsparken, a lush garden oasis with roots in the town’s heyday as one of Europe’s most popular spa destinations. Spend the night in one of the elegant spa villas and dream of times gone by.
Day 3: Karlshamn – The Trading Port Where Worlds Met Follow the coast and discover idyllic fishing villages and sea views. Lunch is served in Järnavik, with the ocean as your backdrop. Karlshamn, with its rich history as a trading and shipping hub, was the last stop in Sweden for many emigrants heading to America. Here, the world feels close.
Day 4: Sölvesborg – Medieval Charm & Timeless Beauty Cycle into the Middle Ages as you reach Sölvesborg, a town with Danish roots. Explore the castle ruins and the charming cobblestone streets of the old town. Lunch is included along the way, and you’ll spend the night in or around Sölvesborg—the perfect way to end your journey in a historic setting.
Day 5: Return to Karlskrona by Train End your cycling adventure in comfort with a train ride back to Karlskrona.
